MALAM SHEHU AHMAD ISAH (BARDEN GUSAU) CHAIRMAN/CEO

Philanthropist, Honest, Humble, Efficient, Administrator, Lawyer, politician, Business man, and Traditional title holder and master strategist in the game of politics, Malam Shehu Ahmad Isah Barden Gusau was born in Gusau, the Headquarters of the then Gusau Local Government in the old Sokoto State on 25th August 1966.

After the compulsory Qur’anic Education at the young age, Malam Shehu Ahmad Isah Barden Gusau started his primary Education at Ibrahim Gusau model Primary School between 1974 to 1979, In 1979, he proceeded to Government Secondary School Bungudu (now Usman Dangwaggo Secondary School Bungudu) and obtained his West African School Certificate in 1984.Malam Shehu Ahmad Isah (Barden Gusau) obtained Advanced Diploma in Public Administration from University of Abuja in 2005. In his continuous search for knowledge, Malam Shehu Ahmad Isah enrolled in to Imo state University from 2008 to 2012 and obtained a Bachelor of Science Degree in Management with Second Class upper Division.

He also enrolled in to AL-NAHDA International University University, Niamey Niger Republic where he bagged a Bachelor of Law with specialization in Shari’ah and Civil Law, and graduated with First Class Honour in 2023. A young man from a disciplined home, Malam Shehu Ahmad Isah of the Secretary to the Government of started his working career with the office the Federation, (SGF) as Admin officer in 1991, and posted to the office of the Head of Civil Service of the Federation as a Senior Personnel Officer. When TRADING LIMITED, ABUJA. Zamfara State Created in 1996, the young man Shehu Ahmad Isah Barden Gusau was released on Secondment to Zamfara State Military Administrator Colonel Jibril Bala Yakubu as Chief Protocol officer. After the handing over from military to civilian administration in 1999, he went back to Presidency as Chief Admin Officer.

In his quest for Business and politics, Malam Shehu Ahmad Isah voluntarily resigned from the Public Service on 17th September 2001 as a Senior Personnel Officer and went into Business and politics respectively.

He started Business with MMEC Engineering (MUBARAK MULTI PURPOSE BUILDING AND CIVIL ENGINEERING ESTATE DEVELOPER LIMITED) as Chairman and CEO of the Company.Malam Shehu Isah Barden Gusau was the Chairman and Chief Executive officer (CEO) of AL-BARAK INTERNATIONAL OIL AND GAS, Also He is Married with children. Chairman and CEO of SIG GENERAL TRADING LIMITED, ABUJA.

Malam Shehu Isah’s Sterling qualities and philanthropic activities enable him established a foundation for orphans, vulnerable and less privileged in Zamfara State, known as SBG FOUNDATION (Shehu Barden Gusau Foundation.

The young man’s ability and administrative qualities made Zamfara State Governor to appoint him as Commissioner of Budget and Economic Planning in 2015, and later appointed as Special Adviser to the Governor on Special Duties in the Same 2015. He served as Publicity Secretary of the All Progressives Congress (APC) Zamfara State Chapter.

Presently, Malam Shehu Ahmad Isah Barden Gusau is an active member and stakeholder of the APC in Zamfara State.

Diploma in Computer Operation (Kaduna Community Resource Centre), Diploma in Business Administration (Federal Polytechnic Kaduna), Public Administration (Ahmadu Bello University-Zaria).
BSc, Worked with Dangote flower mill as Transport Officer between 2001-2003 from there he proceed to ALTANI Investment Company Apapa Lagos as Manager between 2003-2004. Then from there one of his friend, took him to Northern Nigeria Investment Company (NNI) where he served as operation manager between 2004 to 2006, from there he retired and joined politics to date.
Politician, Community Leader, Entrepreneur and Farmer.
